Spa Toscana now provides Ayurvedic wellness treatments.
Ayurveda, meaning “science of life,” is a 5,000-year-old natural healing system with roots in the Vedic culture of India. The methods draw on alternative medicine, which emphasizes the use of herbal oils to provide natural healing to the mind, spirit and body.
Each treatment is customized based on the guests “Ayurveda Constitutional Analysis” which determines which of the fine elements of Ayurveda – ether, air, fire, water, or earth – resides in them.
A minimum 3-hour in advance booking window is required to reserve these Wellness Rituals due to extensive preparation. Please arrive at least 45 minutes prior to your Wellness Ritual to complete the important required questionnaire to determine your Dosha. The Wellness Rituals are not available as a maternity option.
A Valid Government Photo ID is required for access to the spa and when receiving & purchasing services at Spa Toscana.
Wellness Rituals
Radiance Shirodhara

The Shirodhara is an ancient therapy used for centuries to restore inner calm and balance to the emotions, and to rejuvenate hair and scalp. The Shirodhara begins with a thin, gentle stream of warm herbal oil to the center of the forehead to quiet the mind and soothe the senses. The nourishing and conditioning oil is massaged into hair and scalp. Dosha specific herbal infused oil is used to perform “Marma Point” massages on the face, hands and feet to stimulate the organs of the body.
Dosha Balancing Massage

The Dosha Balancing Massage is customized from the traditional Swedish massage, performed with warm herbal infused Ayurvedic body oils, to aid in detoxification and nourishing of the nervous system.
Nirvana

What can be better than experiencing Nirvana? Nirvana is a deluxe package that includes dry brushing, Shirodhara, Ayurvedic herbal “Marma Point” facial face treatment and an Ayurvedic Dosha balancing wrap. This treatment is for purification and rejuvenation. The ultimate experience surpasses all.
