The Caldarium is Spa Toscana's fourth-floor retreat, featuring an indoor pool, a sun deck, and lounge chairs. Food and drink service is available, with online spa menus, complimentary snacks such as trail mix, cold beverages, and tea. The Caldarium and outside deck are the only areas of the spa where alcoholic beverages may be enjoyed. Guests must be 18 or older.

Guests must be 18 or older for all spa treatments and spa facilities, including the locker areas with steam, sauna, and hot and cold plunge pools, and the Caldarium. Guests ages 8–17 may receive salon services only — manicures, pedicures, salon makeovers, and hair styling and cutting — and use a separate salon entrance; our team will escort all parties to the salon at check-in.

Bring your photo ID, and a bathing suit if you'd like to use the spa pools. We provide a robe, sandals, and a private locker for your belongings. Please leave jewelry and other valuables at home — Spa Toscana is not responsible for lost items.

No. Outside food and beverages, including personal water bottles, are not permitted in the spa. Complimentary beverages and light refreshments are available on every spa floor, and food and drink service is available in the fourth-floor Caldarium. Alcoholic beverages may be enjoyed in the Caldarium and on the outside deck only.

To preserve a tranquil atmosphere, please power off cell phones and electronics when you enter the spa — lockers are provided for your belongings. Cameras, video, and voice calls are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited throughout the Spa and Salon.

No. Undergarments are not necessary but may be worn if you prefer. Our therapists are trained to properly drape any part of the body not being treated. If you have a gender preference for your massage therapist, let us know when booking.

Yes. Local residents receive 20% off at Spa Toscana every day. The locals discount cannot be combined with other offers, including day passes or Spa Finder and Spa Wishes gift card payments.

A 20% gratuity is added to the price of every service. Additional gratuities are discretionary and appreciated by our staff for outstanding service.

Cancel or change your appointment at least 6 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled or changed within 6 hours of the scheduled service are charged 50% of the service price; no-shows are charged the full service price. Group reservations follow their contracted agreement.
